* Strong web design skills in Dreamweaver
* Strong annimation skills in Flash
* Strong Adobe Photoshop experience
* PC environment experience

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
* Art direction experience
* Technical experience with HTML, DHTML, interacting with JAVA Script
* Flash experience
* Multi-media interaction with web site experience
* Ability to view big picture and be detailed-oriented
* Positive Attitude
* Creative thinker
* Good written communications skills and grammar

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with team in the design of web pages and projects, maintain professional look of web pages
* Produce professional results in a timely manner
* Research information from other sources and adapt contents for web site
* Proof work for accuracy

* Expert: Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Image Ready
* Intermediate/Expert: Flash Action Script, 
* Knowledge of: HTML, ASP, Java Script; Search Engine optimization
* Cross-platform skills required
